On the one hand, these were general
ideas that covered writer's mind, and on the other hand, a specific goal was
stored in a corner of my mind to see if there were any relatives on both sides,
the state of Kashmir and Gujarat Punjab, how can they meet each other? Or at
least a sense of belonging on both sides? And can my humble effort lead to
national unity? If that were possible, I would realize that my hard work had
paid off. Today, global efforts are being made to blend and blend different
classes, and our world, which was once in the cycle of the new and the old, is
collapsing. Opposing and warring blocks are trying to harmonize each other's
views. Islam, which advocates global brotherhood and equality, also demands
from us that.

The fabric of these emotions and
impressions, although lost in the shadows of consciousness for a long time,
never disappeared. In the age of education, immaturity of mind and lack of
uniformity during employment and lack of opportunity came in the way.
Eventually, after retiring from the government in early January, I turned my
attention to this great responsibility. In this regard, King Library Gujrat,
Punjab Library Lahore, various books of Mr. Muhammad-ud-Din Fauq Sahib, about
the United Nations of Kashmir, Revenue record of Gujrat district, acquisition
from the present elders and the essence of whatever was available from all
possible sources in this humble writing. The gift is here for audience and
readers. Topics include the notion of nationality, the concept of nation and
homeland in Islam, the meaning of the word Rajput, and the evolution of the
Goths (Tribes and Clans), the background and brief overview of the state of
Kashmir, and a short history of Gujarat have been made. Apart from this
compilation, the incomplete genealogy of the Mangral Rajput family which was in
the custody of Munshi Muhammad Ashraf Sahib and which did not include Mian
Kamal-ud-Din and his heirs was also completed and then the verification got from Revenue officers of Gujarat District and
published. ۔
I admit that historiography has
never been my field, but as a lowly student of history in school and college
life, and then an in-depth study of the world, especially the history of Islam,
made me aware of the importance of history. Applying Persian and Urdu poetry to
the student era promoted the production of literary temperament in this
compilation and to make it attractive, wherever and wherever there was a verse
or a poem for reference, I did it without hesitation. Wrote And then while the
color of events in such writings becomes an advocate of increasing the thirst
for reading, this unique style of writing of mine to reduce the feeling of
boredom of irrelevant companions and readers will be a stimulus to whip up the
hobby and anyway;

insignificant endeavor of mine will increase the interest and information for
the readers outside the constituency of the Mangral Rajput nation and as a
reliable document about the Mangral family of Gujarat in future generations.
