Historical background and brief overview of the state of Jammu and Kashmir

Holar Dame Side

The history of Kashmir spans over five thousand one hundred years. Ancient books [1] Neela Mat, by Pandit Neel Nag, Raj Targni, by Kalhan Pandit, Minister and Special Adviser to Raja J. Singh of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, Puran, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Birth Katha, Bhagwat Gita, Mahatma of Shad, Veda Shastra and Other books written in the Indian subcontinent reveal authentic facts about the shape, location and evolution of life in Kashmir.

Because the destiny of the state has long been associated with undivided India, ancient students not only from northern India but also from various parts of India Used to wander in search of sanctuaries to ward off worldly noise and evil. Civilized human life in India evolved from Brahma according to Manuji's Dharma Shastra. From the birth of its two sons, the Sun and the Sun, the Sun Bansi and the Moon Bansi or the Moon Bansi, the nations began and thus initially the sense of recognition of each other gave the people of the region worldliness and rule. Divided into different groups.

Brahma [2] had other children. Her son was the thirteenth queen of the tortoise, the son of Mars. Twelve children were born to the first and eldest of them, Queen Ovi. The eldest son was named Biswan.

Which was known as the sun. According to a tradition, Suraj Bansi Rajput nation started with his name. Keshp Gyan was a rope of paddy and was kept in penance. The population of the state of Kashmir began because of its effort and spiritual qualities.

The details are as follows: Initially, the region of Kashmir was surrounded by mountains in the form of Sati Sarnami Lake. There was nothing but water and snow. Keshpa [3] Rishi came to the top of Kausar Nag mountain for worship and oneness and stayed here for a long time. Even some people from all around heard about his city and started coming to his service. And began to ask for his help to cure their ailments. Their biggest problem was the presence of Adam Azad Dev, Jaldbhu, in the icy pond of Sati Sar, to whom Brahma prayed that no harm would come to him as long as he remained under water in this pond. Nor will he perish. Inspired by the sighs, groans and sighs of the people, the sage consoled them and promised to destroy the giant and deliver them from its clutches. So Rishi Keshap stayed at Baterapur and spent many years in meditation and prayer. Eventually Mahadeva took pity on him and persuaded Brahma and Bishan Deva to eliminate this deity. Since by the prayer of Brahma alone no harm could reach him inside the lake and in the presence of water, with the help of Bahama, Bishan Deo cut the mountain near Baramulla and poured the water of Lake Sati Sar into rivers and streams.

And gradually the earth came out from below. But still the founder stood still because of the depth of the earth on one side of the lake. In which this monster took refuge. On this, Bishan Deo lifted a large mound of mud from Koh-i-Shamir and closed the deep place from which Jaldbhu Deo was crushed. Thus the lake turned into a dry land. Keshp Rishi brought Brahmins and like-minded people to the surrounding areas and the name of the population was changed to Keshp Mir or Kashmir.
